The buying of my new truck went smoothly. It was one the easiest buying experiences I have ever had.

I was told my truck was test driven, passed, and ready for pickup. I picked up the truck and fumes were blowing in the cab from the vents that smelled, gave headache, and made wife nauseous. The truck also made a fairly loud whirring noise when accelerated. I have no idea how this passed the test drive. I returned the truck on a Monday and it was not ready until Friday. A clamp on the turbo and a gasket was either faulty or missing.

I came in for an oil change and routine service. I called for an appt and Mike was able to get me in immediately. He was very helpful and professional . It was all good.

We had an appointment for a ten o'clock oil change. We got there and they took the car in and in a short while later, it was ready to go. no problems and we were back on our way home.

Good service, as usual. More disappointed with the Denali Yukon and all the electric motors going out and needing replacement…aggravating/disapointing. Also needed a bolt to be replaced in the front left wheel well to keep tire from rubbing during right turns. $179!!??? Wow.

This was my first experience with the Service Department at Kramer GMC Autoplex. Everything went smoothly from arranging an appointment to completing the 7,500 mile service list. I was not sure if the service plan I had originally purchased would, indeed, cover all of the items as listed, cost-free. But, I was pleasantly surprised when there actually was NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE. My other positive comment would be concerning the time of the visit. I live over an hour away from the dealership. I wanted to have a confirmed time to arrive, so that I could plan my trip accordingly. I arrived about 10 minutes early. They took my truck back and were complete with the job, within 45 minutes. I was impressed. Overall, I have had a very pleasant experience purchasing, and servicing, my new GMC Sierra with Kramer GMC.

Fast and good service appointment for an oil change. They also changed the air filter, but forgot to reset the change on the vehicle, so I did it myself. They did check all the air pressures in my tires, which I'd asked them to do. The staff is friendly, professional, and have great customer service.

Where to even begin. I bought a car back in January and Alyssa was my sales associate. There was scratches on my car that I pointed out and was told by her to wait until my warranty kicks in and send her a text that stated I got a scratch on my car and I don’t know where it came from and the warrant will fix it. Went in today to get it fixed and was informed by Alyssa that she didn’t recall telling me that, mind you I had two other people there that heard her say this multiple times. Alyssa of course denied everything and now the scratches won’t be fixed. If you deal with her make sure everything is in writing so it will get fixed. If you can choose another dealership please do so. This is the worst experience in buying a car, don’t tell your customers something and not stand on your word as a sales person. If it is not in writing they will not fix it because it is “hearsay”. The warranty covers paint less dents not what I have but was told it would get fixed

Check in for service was easy. I was kept informed of the wait time and when my vehicle was ready.

I had questions about the service at the dealership, I dropped by one day and ask my question to Mike, he was helpful, he introduced me to Tracy and suggested that I make an appointment. I made an appointment with his help. On the day of the appointment I arrived on time and gave my keys to Tracy while I waited in the comfortable waiting room watching TV. In no time my truck was ready and Tracy went over the paperwork and I was on my way. Great experience and friendly staff.

They went way above and beyond. I brought my husband's truck in for an oil change and as soon as i got out on the frontage road oil light came on telling me to turn off my vehicle. Something about a gasket on the oil filter? Anyway they called a wrecker and had it towed back to the dealership. When i arrived back at the dealership they had a rental car waiting on me. They fixed my husband's truck and had a full detail. We had it back the same day. I have been hearing bad things about Kramer, but this experience change my thoughts about Kramer. Will get my returned business for sure. Thank yall so much greatly appreciated.

The fee for all aspects of the service was insanely high. Unfortunately, I did not know where else to go, or I would have. After repairs, my car died while merging onto the interstate as I left the dealership and we had to circle back around and have the mechanics come fix the error. This is the SECOND time this has happened from your dealership! Not only was I not offered a discount or a coupon for the scare and the inconvenience, but I was UPCHARGED on my Credit Card! Instead of the bill being the $1,533 that I signed and was told it would be, it actually was $1,564. The team seems all nice and kind but in the end did nothing for me but cause debt and heartache. I'm scared to take this upcoming trip, because I don't know that I can rely on the vehicle after having it repaired at your shop.

I needed a part, it was ordered immediately and received the next day. They left me a msg that it had arrived and I could make an appointment to get it installed, I had it done quickly.

Came in for an oil change, walked the lot to kill time. Had been thinking about trading. Talked to Ron W. Didn’t want to jump into it so thought about it but had to mo e on for work. Ron massaged me about a new arrival and we worked in the deal. Drove back 4 1/2 hours to close it.

I reached out to Amber a couple of months ago, interested in a used truck I saw on their site. I got busy and forgot, so fast fwd to this past week. We decided it was time for an upgrade. My interior is light beige. There are grease spots on the driver visor, the passenger front seat, glove box (cabin air filter changed out) and door.

I bought a truck from plant Ford a little over a Month ago and when I arrived at church smoke was coming from under the hood, I couldn't reach anyone from where I bought the vehicle from on the following Monday and I called this dealership and they made the stress so much lighter they went got my vehicle with no hesitation and diagnostic the problem unfortunately they to for 4 days couldn't reach the dealership where I bought it so I had to make a trip. But thank you so much 🙏

Decent deal. Expected better interest rate based on credit score and expected more for trade based on other dealers offers. Overall satisfaction ok. I've been a regular customer for decades.

Great experience. When your salesman , Eric, convinced me to trade in my Ford for a 2026 Sierra 1500 SLT, I was a little apprehensive. He promised me he was giving me a great price and a fair trade-in for my old truck. Turns out he was totally honest. I got a great deal and I love my new truck.

The dealership initially told me that GM doesnt make the part needed for my vehicle anymore . Checked around local parts houses and found they absolutely do not make that part anymore. A local reputable parts house quoted me over $900. For a used (remanufactured ) part. So I came home , went online and found the part at a parts house up in Austin, Texas for less than $500. Ordered it. It arrived 10 days later and I took it to Kramer and they made me an appointment for the next day to put it on. Thanks Kramer
